Panel lifters are used to safely remove access floor panels from understructure. Lifting panels properly will reduce the risk for injury and damage to the panel or personnel. One panel lifter per room is recommended.

The Carpet Panel Lifter is made of a die-cast Aluminum body and two square steel pin heads. It is used to prevent damage or injury and increase efficiency. Lifting access floor panels often times can be tedious and difficult. Forcing screw drivers or knives to lift the panel will damage the panel or understructure and may reduce the longevity of your access floor system. By using the carpet panel lifter, you can eliminate all this. To use press firmly to panel with lever pointed up. Once in place press the lever down and lift panel carefully to be sure the lifter is secure. To release, put panel back in place and lift lever. We do not recommend that you carry the panel with the lifter because the lifter is not meant to support transport. This lifter will not work with smooth, flat surfaces.
