When should I expect a response when requesting a Quote?
After filling out the form, a skilled team member will be notified. Response time is less than 1 business day.
When should I expect a “specialty” item to ship?
Specialty items will ship once the manufacturing process is complete. Depending on the item ordered, you should expect your item to arrive in an average of 3 weeks.
What kind of pictures do I need for replacement panels and why?
In order for us to fully identify the access floor system that is in place we need a variety of pictures of the panel and the understructure. Please reference the panel identification section for specific instructions.
Pictures are essential for all replacement panels because there are so many different kinds of flooring systems and unique characteristics of each. Not all panels and understructure have the ability to function properly together. This is why pictures are very important. If you are unable to send pictures, you may send a corner sample.
What if I can’t take a picture?
How do I identify the panel? Some facilities do not allow photographs to be taken within the secure part of the building. Ask if you may take the panel to the hallway or outside so that you may take some pictures and if you are unable to do this, send a small corner sample to our office.
What do I do if I have more than one access floor system?
To correctly identify all the necessary components of the access floor system we need pictures of each system and the appropriate pieces. Not all panels will work all understructures, so it is vital we have the proper pictures.
Do you offer panels that aren’t for a standard 24” X 24” system?
Yes. The smaller panels are often in limited supply. Please take the necessary pictures for us to correctly identify the panel and we will do our best to provide the panels you need.
Do I need to send a sample of the panel?
If you are unable to take pictures of the panel you wish to replace, send a small corner sample to our office. We can correctly identify your system with this small piece of flooring. We will return the sample with your order if requested, otherwise the sample will be discarded after 30 days.
What is the Return Policy?
All Returns must be completed within 30 days of the purchasing day. For more details please reference the Return Policy located at the bottom of the page.
What items are considered a specialty item?
Specialty items are any item that is tailored and manufactured to fit your needs. Custom made products include railings, service outlet boxes, and special order laminates. There are no refunds on specialty items.
