Return Policy

As a leading distributor in Access Flooring we stand behind our product and its functionality.  To honor this we will offer a 30 day return policy. 

All Returns are required to have a RMA#.  In order to process a return it is necessary to call or email us regarding the material. Please have the order number and all necessary information present when doing so. 

Specialty items are not covered under our return policy and therefore will not be accepted as a return item.  This includes:  handrails, cable boxes, special order laminates, and materials from kits.

If for any reason you are unhappy with the performance of your installed material, we will offer a refund for the material providing that you have proof of purchase and it’s in original selling condition. Original selling condition refers to the state the product is in when a customer originally purchases and receives the product.  This means the material will return to our warehouse in the same condition if left.  Including no dust, scratches, and any other damage done that isn’t standard from the factory.  

Please be advised that a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from refund amount if you wish to return the material purchased.

After the 30 days of the original purchasing date, the material is 100% yours and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.  Return Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and will not be credited once received into the warehouse.
